This Refund Policy applies to all WatchMaxTV Ltd subscriptions purchased directly at watchmaxtv.net. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Free trial
If we offer a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being billed. Trials are limited to one per household.
Satisfaction window
New monthly subscribers may request a full refund within 48 hours of first activation if the Service does not deliver a working stream on a compatible device. Refund requests must include a troubleshooting summary so our support team can assist before processing the refund.
Ineligible requests
Refunds are not provided for: credentials that have been heavily used or shared; refusal to complete basic troubleshooting; compatibility with unsupported devices or customised firmware; changes in channel availability that are outside our control; or requests made after 48 hours except where required by Canadian consumer-protection law.
Quebec, Ontario and BC consumers
Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory rights under your provincial consumer-protection legislation (including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, the Ontario Consumer Protection Act 2002, and the BC Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act). Where those laws grant stronger rights than this Policy, those rights prevail.
How to request a refund
Email support@watchmaxtv.net from the address on file with your order reference and a short description of the issue. We respond within two business days and issue approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days. Crypto payments are refunded in the same currency at the exchange rate on the day of refund.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension and a processing fee.
