These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WatchMaxTV Ltd website and any streaming subscription we deliver (“the Service”). By subscribing or accessing the Service you accept these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province of residence and capable of entering a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
The Service
WatchMaxTV is a technology platform that provides access tokens and configuration for compatible IPTV players. We do not produce, broadcast, or own the underlying content. Channel availability, stream quality and features are provided as-is and may change without notice.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable Canadian taxes where required. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, decompile, circumvent security, share credentials commercially or use the Service in violation of local law. See our separate Acceptable Use Policy.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, service marks and content on this website are the property of WatchMaxTV Ltd or used under licence. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are mentioned only for identification.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, WatchMaxTV disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargeback, or where required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes are submitted to the courts sitting in Ottawa, Ontario, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your province of residence.
Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes are posted here with a revised “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified by email.
