This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the minimum standards for using the WatchMaxTV service. It is part of our Terms of Service; any violation may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

Personal use only

Standard subscriptions are licensed for use by one household on compatible devices listed on our Setup Guides. Commercial display (bars, hotels, offices), public rebroadcast, and credential sharing outside your household are prohibited.

No reverse engineering

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, extract source, circumvent DRM or technical protection measures, scrape, or automatically harvest content or metadata from the Service.

No unlawful activity

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including Canadian copyright law, broadcasting regulations and export controls. WatchMaxTV does not provide the Service in countries subject to Canadian sanctions.

No abuse of infrastructure

You may not launch denial-of-service attacks, probe or load test our infrastructure, abuse our APIs, use botnets, or otherwise interfere with other users.

Reselling

Only customers enrolled in our Reseller Program may sublicense access. Consumer subscriptions may not be resold.

We investigate reports of abuse and may, in our discretion and without advance notice, warn, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations of this AUP. Report abuse to legal@watchmaxtv.net.
