On iPhone and iPad running iOS 14 or newer, you install an App Store player and paste your credentials. The whole setup takes five minutes.

Step-by-step installation

Step 1. Install the player

Open the App Store and install IPTV Smarters Pro. There is a free tier that works for most users.

Step 2. Open the app

Launch IPTV Smarters Pro and accept the terms.

Step 3. Choose Xtream Codes API

On the login screen, tap Xtream Codes API (not Load Playlist).

Step 4. Paste your credentials

Enter a nickname (anything), your server URL, username and password from the activation email.

Step 5. Download the EPG

The app fetches the channel list and guide automatically.

Step 6. AirPlay to TV (optional)

Swipe down for Control Center → Screen Mirroring → Apple TV / compatible Smart TV to view on the big screen.

Troubleshooting the five most common issues

Nothing loads after entering credentials

Double-check the server URL has no trailing slash and that the username is copied without leading spaces. WhatsApp us if it still fails; we can reset the credentials in under a minute.

Buffering or stuttering

Run a speed test on the same device. 15 Mbps is the minimum for HD; 25+ Mbps for 4K. Restart your router. Wired Ethernet beats Wi-Fi every time.

EPG shows blank

The guide can take up to two minutes to download on first launch. If still blank, close the app fully and reopen.

Black screen on some channels

Some channels are geo-restricted by the upstream source. Try another channel in the same category — if most work, it is the stream, not your setup.

App crashes on launch

Clear the app cache (Settings → Apps). If that fails, reinstall the APK / app and re-enter credentials.
