Install WatchMaxTV on MAG Box

5 minutes — set the portal URL and you are streaming.

MAG 324, 420 and 520 set-top boxes are purpose-built for IPTV, so configuration is just about setting a portal URL.

Step-by-step installation

Step 1. Connect your MAG

Plug HDMI into the TV, power the MAG, and connect to your network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi adapter.

Step 2. Boot the box

Wait for the Infomir boot sequence and reach the home screen.

Step 3. Open Settings

Use the remote to open Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals.

Step 4. Enter the portal URL

In Portal 1 URL, paste the portal we provide on WhatsApp (looks like http://portal.example.com/c/).

Step 5. Restart portal

Exit to the main menu, then reload the portal (red or back button usually triggers this).

Step 6. Send us your MAC

The MAC address on the bottom of the MAG is needed once to authorize the box. Snap a photo and send it on WhatsApp.

Troubleshooting the five most common issues

Nothing loads after entering credentials

Double-check the server URL has no trailing slash and that the username is copied without leading spaces. WhatsApp us if it still fails; we can reset the credentials in under a minute.

Buffering or stuttering

Run a speed test on the same device. 15 Mbps is the minimum for HD; 25+ Mbps for 4K. Restart your router. Wired Ethernet beats Wi-Fi every time.

EPG shows blank

The guide can take up to two minutes to download on first launch. If still blank, close the app fully and reopen.

Black screen on some channels

Some channels are geo-restricted by the upstream source. Try another channel in the same category — if most work, it is the stream, not your setup.

App crashes on launch

Clear the app cache (Settings → Apps). If that fails, reinstall the APK / app and re-enter credentials.
